Is alcohol included on the tour ?

One of our stops is a Mexican Mezcal tasting and it is included on your tour.

Other than that Alcohol is optional and you can purchase at some of the restaurants and eateries at their cost. Cheers!

Do you offer private tours?

Absolutely! Private tours are perfect for bachelor/bachelorette parties, company groups, large outings with friends, family gatherings, birthday parties, out of town guests, team building, ladies or singles groups and are available on request. We would love to arrange a special private tour outside the regular schedule. Please contact us.

We make sure that you leave the tours feeling full so please come hungry!

Where is the meeting point?

Once your reservation is confirmed you will receive an itinerary with detailed instructions and meeting location on a map.

Are the tours suitable for kids and teenagers?

There is a children's tour price. However, the tour is approximately 3 hours of walking, standing, talking and tasting. Parents know their child best and should assess the situation individually. Please consider this when deciding whether the tour is appropriate for your child. Children 6 and under who do not participate are free. Please know that some of our stops may not be stroller friendly. Please let us know in the notes section if your child will be attending.

 

How do I pay?

Tickets can be purchased through our website or by calling MEX# (624)-217-4335 or US# (561)-312-1333 . Payment options are Visa, AMEX or MasterCard. Tickets must be purchased at least 24 hours in advance to maximize your chances of getting the day, time, and number of tickets you prefer, please book well in advance. Do you accommodate allergies and dietary preferences?

We do our best to accommodate the special dietary needs of our guests, however we can't guarantee all stops will be able to do so. The booking process allows you to identify common dietary needs/preferences (eg. vegetarian, gluten-free, nut-free), and based on that your guide will be able to identify items you might want to avoid. If you have life-threatening allergies it is not recommended you take our tours.

Can I cancel my reservation?

We want our guests to have a great time on their vacation. If something comes up we will give a full refund if we are contacted 24 hours before the tour.

Can I change my reservation?

We will be more than happy to change your reservation. To change your reservation, please contact us 12 hours before the tour.

What happens if it rains?

The tours are held rain or shine. Please dress for the weather conditions.
